A little girl stops to give a coin to a street musician and receives a big surprise. The city is filled with people walking with shopping bags, families, and older couples enjoying the day when things suddenly change.

After the girl deposits the coin, one man starts playing on the upright string bass. He is wearing a fancy tuxedo as he begins playing the famous 9th symphony from Beethoven titled, ‘Ode to Joy.’

The girl stands and watches him while smiling. Suddenly, a cellist appears out of nowhere and joins in the music. The girl is stunned, but there’s more.

One by one, more people walk out with instruments. There’s a french horn, trumpet, violins, and even timpani in the square performing together. A conductor arrives to help the musicians stay together.

Over 50 people are now joined in playing the historic melody from one of the world’s greatest composers. When you think it can’t get any bigger, a choir of voices begins singing the lyrics.

A crowd gathers as the audience, and hundreds of people experience this magic together. People are running over to watch, and cellphones are being held up high to record the once-in-a-lifetime spontaneous concert.

The music puts a smile on everyone’s face as kids jump and dance excitedly. The group of performers receives thunderous applause and bows for the enthusiastic audience.
