I often visit my son. I always tell him I’ll be there soon.
But this time I decided to surprise him and I went to see him without saying anything. I made him a cake and went to see him.
The door was open, I went in and saw him washing the dishes and my doughter-in-law was just sitting there doing nothing.
When I saw this scene, I was shocked. I did not understand why my son was doing chores and my daughter-in-law was doing nothing.
At least she stood up when she saw me. She kind of made excuses for not feeling well and that my son was helping her. We created all the conditions for her to live like a queen, why can’t she do the chores?
